"Almost" Christmas Card Pics

One of the reasons I was in such a hurry to get Christmas up was because I wanted to get Christmas cards out early with our new address.  Here are a few that didn't make the cut, but were too cute not to post.  The first one is my favorite and I would have used it for the card, but was sick when I realized the focus was on the doors and not the kids!!

Love Anna's expression!

The Hege Family. The lighting wasn't great in this one,
but I still think it came out pretty well.

Thanksgiving 2012

Although we were a bit sad to already be leaving our new home for a couple of days, Will and I were ready for a break and to not have boxes in our faces for a while.  We loaded up the car with the kids and Greg and Michelle and headed to Rocky Mount for Thanksgiving with the Collins Family.  After a wonderful day with the family at Aunt Lyn's, we made the drive out to see Aunt Cathy and Granmama's new home.  Then all of us, along with Sarah and Jason and Caroline, stayed with my cousin David and Claire for the night.  Talk about getting a full dose of the Zoo Crew!!

Anna and Kaitlyn were fast friends and loved
playing with Aunt Heather.

After a long day with no nap,
Jack gave up on our way to Cathy and Granmama's.
He was ready to go the next morning, though!
We were glad Cousin Terri came to play!

Haley and Caroline and Kaitlyn swinging

Cousin love!

All loaded up and ready to head back home!

A HUGE thank you goes to David and Claire for letting all *500* of us stay that night and for opening your home to all of us.  It was so fun!!  Thank you to Claire for taking pictures and letting me steal them!!!;0)

Our New Home, Before and After

I wanted to document some photos of our home prior to move-in and then after, so as not to forget what it looked like before all of our stuff graced its halls and all of the transformations that occurred over those first few days.

And after...
