Christmas Day

Santa was really good to us this year...

Jack's spread

The joint venture

Cinderella's castle...

...and the rest of Anna's stuff.

Anna was excited about the kids' version of Heaven Is For Real.

Hello, I'm hungry!  Let me try this strawberry.

Anna helped Jack empty his stocking while he tried to eat the ball.

Milk!  Why won't it come out?

Anna was SO excited about her Cinderella castle and
kept asking, "How did Santa get this from Disney World?"

Murphy got some presents from Santa, too!

Leap Frog Explorer

A Tiana princess set

A Cinderella's castle alarm clock

OK, a cookie from my stocking will do for now...

Daddy and Anna figuring out her Leap Frog Explorer.

I like these strawberries!

Hey guys!

Yay Christmas!
After playing with Santa gifts for a while, we got ready and headed over to Nannie and Pop's house around 11 for lunch and more gift exchange.

Jack and Pops

A fairy Dora!

I love this Christmas tree because it sings and lights up!
He would turn it on and then turn around in circles on his bottom--so cute!

"Baby Mommy!"  It's a baby that pees and poops!  Hurray!

An Ariel bath set

Jack got a poppin' train...

...and stackable bowls that make balls.

I'm having fun!

Anna feeding her baby so it will dirty it's diaper.

Aunt Erin and Anna opening their stockings.

Jack and Mommy

Anna waiting patiently to be the elf and pass out presents.
She was ready to go!

She threw one to Nana and was off to get the next one.

I'm wearing the hat...I want to help, too!

And another one...

Jack got a musical popping dinosaur!

"What do you think, buddy?"

Nana was so excited about the new silhouette of the kids.

Anna helped Pops open his BIG present!
After a period of instruction manual review, assembly,
and battery acquisition...

...the kids were finally able to play with their toys!

Christmas Eve

We woke up Christmas Eve morning and found Benny
in his final hiding spot...kneeling beside baby Jesus.

My college girls had all left gifts for the kids, so after breakfast
we let them open their presents from them and from Mommy and Daddy.

Tucker and Emory gave Anna a set of princess card games in a cute bag.

Jack got a train from them!

Michelle and Lucien gave Anna some coloring and activity books with markers.

Thank you for my cell phone, Aunt Michelle!  Now I have one, too!

Lawson gave both kids monogrammed snuggies--so cute!

Anna got a Cinderella Barbie and the Cinderella music box
that she picked out over and over again at Disney World.

Jack was excited about his first remote control car...it goes
when you shake the rattle "remote".

How did it do that?

Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Belle all lined up
to listen to Anna's new jewelry box.

Then Anna and I worked on a birthday cake for Jesus.

Happy Birthday Jesus!

That afternoon, we headed to church for the family impromptu
Christmas pageant.  Anna decided to be a sheep this year.

Jack wanted Anna's sheep ear!

Lots of kids participated...it was so cute!
Afterwards, we headed to Nana's for Christmas Eve dinner.

When we got home, we put Jack to bed and then it was time for
Anna to put out the reindeer food Aunt Sarah had given her.

"I sure hope this helps Santa find our house!"

Then we helped Daddy put out the luminaries.

Anna had seen a Max & Ruby episode where Santa said he liked
chocolate milk the best. She was determined to leave some for him
along with a couple of cookies that she had made.
Finally, it was time for bed so that Santa could come!
