I can't believe how time flies!! It seems like only yesterday that I was being whisked to the hospital in a lot of pain but ready to meet our little man. And now he's a big two-year-old!!

Our little man really is becoming more like a little man these days. His vocabulary has exploded again and he is talking in sentences. It's quite easy to carry on a conversation with him. His toddler accent is a little difficult to get at first, but as Papa has found out, it only takes being around him for a little while to figure it out. He is wearing 3T tops and 2T bottoms, size 7-8 shoes, and I just bought size 6 diapers! At his well-child check, he weighed 34 pounds (only 4 pounds less than Anna right now), was 37 inches tall, and was 96th, 96th, and 99th percentiles for weight, height, and head circumference. He is a big boy!! He will eat anything and stays at the table as long as there is food, sometimes coming back to finish everyone else's left overs. Some mornings he will eat three breakfasts--his, some of Daddy's, and whatever Sissy is having.;) He is sweet and loving most of the time, but sometimes is unaware of his strength. He loves wrestling with Daddy and Sissy, playing with his trains and tractors, and playing outside on his scooter and "motorcycle" (all tricycles, bicycles, and motorcycles fall into this one category). He is such a trip and makes us laugh all the time. He is just so endearing. Unfortunately, he has started the normal two-year-old hissy fits and tantrums when he doesn't get his way but hopefully we can get through this stage quickly! As long as he still loves to rock-rock before bedtime and love on his Mommy from time to time, I think we'll be ok. We just love him so much!! Happy Birthday Jack-Jack!!
